Drake Bell was born on June 27, 1986, and is an American actor and musician. In the early 1990s at the age of five, he began his career as an Actor. He also appeared in several commercials as a child. Bell is best known for his starring roles in The Amanda Show and Drake & Josh. He also voiced Peter Parker/Spider-Man character in numerous animated series on Disney XD.

Bell is not only an actor but, also a musician in the early 2000s. When he was appearing in The Amanda Show at that time he had a band named Drake’s 24/7. He performed the theme song to Drake & Josh and the song title was “Found a Way”. Drake Bell released his debut album, “Telegraph”. In 2006, his second album was released and its name was It’s Only Time. 178,000 copies were sold in the United States as of 2012.

In 2008, Bell’s first video album Bell in Concert was released. His third album’s name was Ready Steady Go. In 2021 Bell pleaded guilty to attempted endangering of children.

Drake Bell’s Young

Drake Bell was born on 27th June 1986 in Newport Beach, California. He was the son of Mr. Joe Bell and Mrs. Robin Dodson. His full name is Jared Drake Bell. When Bell was five years old his parents got divorced. After growing up in Orange County, he went to OCSA for school. He regularly attended punk rock concerts. He received a GED. He also used to do skateboarding.

Drake Bell’s Personal Life

When he was 19 years old, Drake Bell met with an accident, on December 29, 2005. Bell suffered more severe injuries, including a fractured neck, loss of seven teeth, and stitches as well. He underwent surgery, on his chin and mouth. As a part of surgery, Bell required more than 70 facial stitches.

In 2007, Bell purchased a 2,640-square-foot house in Los Feliz. its worth was $2,050,000. In early 2014, the house was taken in foreclosure.

After dating for five years, Bell got married to Janet Von Schmelling, in July 2021. They had a son. On April 20th, 2023, Janet filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.

Drake Bell’s Career

At the age of five Drake Bell began acting. His father encouraged him and made efforts to put him into Little League Baseball and other sports as well. Drake Bell’s first television commercial was for Whirlpool Appliances. His first television show was on a 1994 episode of Home Improvement. In 1996 he also appeared in the film Jerry Maguire. In 1998, he had a small role in “The Frogger”. In 1999, He appeared in Dragonworld: The Legend Continues.

At the age of 12, he started learning guitar. He received his first official guitar lessons from Roger Daltrey in the film Chasing Destiny.  Bell was a featured Performer in The Amanda’s Show. He appeared as a guest in the series The Nightmare Room.

Bell went on a concert tour in Mexico which started on 5th February 2016 and ended on 7th February 2016. All the tickets were sold out in a minute. In the USA Bell toured high school as a High School Nation Tour from March 28 to April 29, 2016. He released a Spanglish song which name was “Fuego Lento” in 2018. In 2019 another song “Smoke It Up”.

Drake Bell Awards and Nomination

Two times, Bell was nominated for a Young Artist Award. First in 2000, for his role in The Jack Bull and he won. Second time in 2006, for Yours, Mine, and Ours. He won a total of 10 Kids Choice Awards. Three Awards in the United States and five internationally for playing the best role as Drake Parker on Drake & Josh.

In 2007, again he won a Kid Choice Award in the United Kingdom for Best Male Singer. In 2008, Bell won a Teen Choice Award for playing the role of Dragonfly in Superhero Movie. He was also nominated for the Capital Twitter Awards in 2014.
