JD Vance (August 2nd,1984) is an American politician, author, and venture capitalist. His full name is James David Vance. Since 2003, he served as the junior United States senator (Ohio).  In the 2024 United States presidential election, he was the nominee of the Republican Party. From 2003 to 2007, he served as a military journalist ( US Marine Corps).

J.D. Vance was born on August 2, 1984, in Middletown, (Ohio). He is the son of Beverly Carol and Donald Ray Bowman. A mix of hardship and resilience marked his family background.
